Due to the nature of digital services, Jounlocker.com applies a strict refund policy.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales are final once:

  • A license is delivered

  • Credits are added

  • Activation is completed

  • The service status shows “Completed”

Digital products cannot be returned or reversed.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The service was not delivered at all

  • A system error occurred and the service was never processed

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Wrong product selection

  • Incompatible device or software

  • User error or lack of technical knowledge

  • Tool limitations or failed results

  • Delays caused by third-party servers or developers

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Permanent service ban

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if any) are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method.
